These terms apply to your use of medtrav.in and to the coordination services provided by MedTrav India ("MedTrav"). By using the site or engaging our services you agree to them. Referral partners are additionally governed by the written coordination agreement signed with us, which prevails where it differs from these terms.
MedTrav is a medical travel coordination company. Depending on your case we may:
MedTrav is not a hospital or a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Treatment is provided by the hospital and doctors you choose, and your treatment contract is with them. See our Medical Disclaimer.
Visa decisions are made solely by Indian government authorities. We prepare supporting documents, including hospital invitation letters, but we cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted, or how long it will take. Airlines, immigration authorities and other third parties control their own services and schedules.
Hospitals, doctors, hotels, transport and other providers are independent of MedTrav. We select partners with care, but we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, or for clinical decisions and outcomes. Hospital and brand names shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the facilities we work with; their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by those owners.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit false or harmful content, or copy and republish our content without permission. Text, design and original material on the site belong to MedTrav or its licensors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedTrav is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from clinical care provided by third parties, visa refusals, travel disruption or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to your use of the site from that date.
